Enrollment Verification

 

For verifications requiring a registrar's signature and / or seal, including non-attendance letters and a variety of forms, please complete our online request:

If you are not a current student, please contact us at grossmont.transcripts@gcccd.edu.

 

We begin accepting military healthcare / ID renewal requests on the last day of the current term.

 

We begin accepting all forms (childcare, cross-enrollment, loan deferment, insurance, student worker unit load verification, etc.) two weeks before the term begins. Please make sure all student information sections on the form are completed, and the form is signed (if applicable), before the form is submitted for verification.

 

We begin accepting current term enrollment verification requests (number of enrolled units) on the first day of the term.

 
 

 

Once the above information is received it may take up to 5 business days for a verification request to be completed.
 

Full-Time / Part-Time Status

For purposes of enrollment verification the following table defines enrollment status at ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏAPP:

 

Status Fall / Spring Summer
Full-Time 12 Units or more 6 Units or more
Part-Time 6-11 Units 3-5 Units

Cal Grant GPA Submission

 

College students with 16 or more completed units:

 

ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏAPP Admissions and Records will automatically submit GPA data for students with 16 or more completed college-level units. You do not have to do anything aside from making sure all of your official transcripts have been submitted to the Admissions and Records Office for evaluations and unit calculation. 

 

College students with less than 16 completed units:

 

GPA data should be submitted by the student's high school for students who are in high school or who are high school graduates and who have completed less than 16 college-level college units. Please contact your high school or visit for the GPA / GED Verification form and more information.

 

GED test scores should be submitted by the student for students who passed the GED test and who have completed less than 16 college-level college units. Please visit , for the GPA / GED Verification form and more information.
